Engagement process description
The Authority previously carried out limited preliminary market engagement for this requirement under the project title "Expression of Interest - Equipment Sharing Solution & Services." A PIN was published on Find a Tender on 11 September 2024 (Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-029140). Suppliers were invited to share example specifications used for similar services, with responses requested by 6 June 2025 and final communications concluded in September 2025. The engagement was used only to inform the specification and did not form part of any evaluation.
