Description of risks to contract performance
As this is the only dotatate kit available, patient will not get their screening scan to determine if they are eligible for Lutetium dotatate treatment. Delays in treatment, and unable to determine if treatment is effective in the staging scan.

There is currently only one gallium Dotatate kit NetSpot on the market, the other alternative is gallium dotatoc Somakit (licensed) which is not the exact pairing diagnostic to Lutetium Dotatate therapy.
