Description
South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust ("SWASFT") has a requirement for the provision of Specialist Reverse Mentoring. The provider is to design and deliver a reverse mentoring program focused on diversity and inclusion, pairing employees from under-represented groups as mentors with senior leaders as mentees.
SWASFT is requesting quotations from suppliers for this requirement and for delivery to commence prior to the end of February 2026 and cover a six-month period.
