Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to progress with awarding the scheme. Part of the scheme's funding was being supposed to come from the Welsh Government.
Unfortunately, we have recently learned that there is no funding at this time. Consequently, we do not have the financial means to cover the gap this has left
