Description

TransPennine Trains Limited seeks to procure the design, development, testing, component supply and support TPT fleet maintainer or manufacturer with on-train installation for connectivity, Onboard Wi-Fi and selected networking and communication systems on its current and a new fleet of trains.

TPT provides handheld devices to staff and supports mobile connectivity for various operational systems. The organisation is now seeking a new agreement to cover data, voice, and mobile devices to support staff communications and operational systems.

  • £1,250,000 excluding VAT
  • £1,500,000 including VAT

  • 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029
  • Possible extension to 30 June 2031
  • 5 years
