Business Services Organisation Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) seek through this tender to appoint a supplier of Venesection Packs to Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI). Venesection, also known as therapeutic phlebotomy, is a medical procedure to remove a specific amount of blood from a patient's body to treat blood conditions such as excessive iron (haemochromatosis) or too many red blood cells (polycythaemia)
