Scope

Description

Following market feedback, the revised opportunity we have made initial amendments to the specification which can now be found in the initial draft specification for market comment. We will endeavour to provide further fleet utilisation data and existing asset data shortly to accompany this.

Changes are highlighted for supplier convenience, and we are continuing to work to identify a final figure for NSC capital contribution as well as working to reduce the number of sites with high DNO connections to further improve the commercial viability of a future partnership.

NSC are happy to meet, either virtually or in-person to discuss this initial draft specification. Comments received will be reviewed ahead of a final draft in the new year.

We continue to expect the full tender to go live in March 2026.

Could you please complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), upon receipt of your signed NDA, we will provide you the initial draft specification.

Please note if your organisation has NOT already returned a signed NDA, please do so before we release the initial draft specification. If your organisation has already returned NDA for this project, you will not need to sign a new NDA.

Please send your completed NDA via message section on Supplying the South West portal by Friday 19th December 2025 no later than 13:00hrs.
