Description
The service is required to provide support to adult carers of people aged 18 and over in Derby. The service will meet our statutory obligation to deliver information and advice to carers, is a key component of, with adult social care, the carers support process and includes a proactive support offer to reduce, delay and prevent the need for formal support for them and their cared-for in the future.
