Wigan Council invites the submission of quotations for the Provision of Taxi / Safety
Marshals and the management of Safe Haven in Wigan Town Centre. The provision on
occasions may operate in other key locations within Wigan Borough (as required).

The contract may also include ad hoc deployments of additional Safety Marshals and to manage the Safe Haven facility, in accordance with the dates and times as agreed in advance. These deployments may take place in Wigan and other designated locations across the borough.
A Minimum of 5 hours on other key dates including, but not exclusive to Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and events which may attract large crowds to the town centre.
If required a minimum of 5 working days' notice will be provided.
