Reason for not signing contract
The project was cancelled due to a shift in organisational priorities. The Authority has decided that they will carry this procurement out as they are an LLP via a private procurement route. Triathlon has, to ensure maximum visibility also published the opportunity on the central digital platform, however, as they are an LLP they will be inviting all respondents to the PME who completed the PME documentation
