Description
We are inviting bids in this competition for SCADA, DDA and Boston FA works. This Procurement will establish a single Supplier Contract. The target start dates is February 2026 with a completion within March 2026 at the latest. The project consists of;
The Works consist of:
• Replacement of Fire Alarm within the Boston Building, Replacement of DDA Alarms to accessible WCs', Modifications to the SCADA system
Total value (estimated)
- £120,000 excluding VAT
- £144,000 including VAT

- 2 February 2026 to 31 March 2026
- 1 month, 27 days
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
The options cover the procurement and installation of additional equipment, minor system extensions, and unforeseen works across the three service areas.
The total value of all instructed options shall not exceed the defined aggregate value of the Provisional Sums in the respective Bills of Quantities or Tender Summaries.
