Scope
Description
This knowledge search aims to provide an accessible reference on WSP systems in use on GB passenger trains. Specifically, the knowledge search shall:
•Provide an overview on the principles of WSP systems
•Describe how WSP systems are integrated into brake system architecture
•Outline the efficiency of current WSP systems
•Provide an overview of WSP systems currently fitted onto GB rolling stock
•Outline capabilities to monitor WSP activity
It is expected that the knowledge search shall be delivered by an industry expert on WSP systems.
We are inviting suppliers to provide us a short summary of their capabilities and experience in this subject area, to help us deliver a successful knowledge search. We welcome collaborative submissions or consortia, where expertise may be shared between organisations. If responding jointly, please specify the lead contact and delivery roles for each party. We are seeking to receive a response by 12:00PM (GMT), 15 December 2025 setting out your potential interest and further information you believe to be relevant using the structure suggested
