North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice Team) (the Relevant Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in relation to Health Care Services for the Yorkshire and Humber Female Secure Estate.
This request for information exercise is intended as an awareness raising and information gathering exercise.
Services to be considered are:
Primary Care Services;
Mental Health Services; and
Substance Misuse Services, all to be delivered for service users at HMP New Hall and HMP Askham Grange.
Proposed Contract Start Date: September 2026.
It is important to note that this Request for Information exercise is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future competition opportunity once the contract notice is published on Find a Tender.
The deadline for submission of RFI responses is 12 noon on Tuesday 09 December 2025.
