Description
Haringey Council ("the Council") is preparing to recommence the commissioning of bundled hours of the Home Support and Reablement Services. The service will be procured in two distinct lots; Lot 1 Home Support Services and Lot 2 Reablement Service
Our vision for Homecare is one that achieves excellent outcomes for individuals. Likewise, our Reablement Service offer is rooted in a 'doing with' approach which empowering people to actively participate in their recovery and daily living.
The Provider plays a vital role in delivering care and support in a manner that enables people to continue to improve the skills they need to maintain their independence in their own home.
As part of our broader engagement strategy, we are inviting all interested organisations to participate in a virtual premarket engagement event to help shape the future service model and inform the development of the service specification.
The Premarket engagement event will include:
• Review of the previous Bundled Hours contract and its strengths and areas for improvement.
• Feedback from contract monitoring, provider forums and the Summit.
• Outline of the proposed updated model of Home Care and Reablement services respectively.
• providers to feedback about proposed new model, which will help shape it further.
• outlined the indicative procurement process and timetable.
It will also offer potential service providers the opportunity to raise any questions or present any views prior to proceeding to the next phase of our commissioning programme.

Engagement process description
Two sessions of the pre-market engagement event have been organised:
Session 1 will be held on:
• Date: Thursday 11th December 2025
• Time: 2:30pm
• Location: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
• Deadline to express interest: 13:00 (1pm) Tuesday, 9th December 2025
Session 2 will be held on:
• Date: Wednesday, 17th December 2025
• Time: 11:30am
• Location: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
• Deadline to express interest: 13:00 (1pm) Monday, 15th December 2025

Please note: Two separate sessions have been organised; however, interested organisations only need to attend one session, as the presentation and information shared will be the same in both.
We anticipate that each event will last no longer than 90 minutes. The content presented will be identical across both sessions, so you only need to attend one.
For registration, you will be required to provide name of delegate and organisation details and delegate email address. If more than one person is attending from your organisation, a separate registration is required for each delegate.
Please note that we have limited places at this event, which will be allocated per organisation on a first come first served basis and will be limited to maximum two (2) attendees from each organisation.
Please note that expressions of interest will not be accepted by any means other than through dedicated Portal.
This registration is solely for participation in the Premarket Engagement Event. This is NOT a Contract Notice or an invitation to tender for the upcoming contract opportunity.
The procurement process will be conducted via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which is an entirely electronic tendering platform. Organisations interested in providing Home Support and/or Reablement Services to the Council may register at any time. To be eligible to tender for bundled hours bundled hours of the Home Support and/or Reablement Services tender, providers must Register, Accredit, and Enroll online via the DPS once the opportunity is formally launched.
