Reason for not signing contract
Due to an administrative oversight, additional relevant information has only recently come to light, and after giving due consideration to the position and the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 s. 31(1)(a) (Modifying a section 19 procurement) we will need to abandon the existing procurement and reissue the opportunity to the market. This decision was taken on Thursday 25th September 2025.
