Lot constraints

Maximum number of lots a supplier can be awarded: 1

Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:

Suppliers are invited to bid for both Lots 1 and 2. However, to avoid monopolies, one Supplier cannot win both lots, i.e. there will be two separate suppliers, one for each lot. In the scenario where the same Supplier achieves the highest score for both lots, then the Supplier will be awarded Lot 1 only, and their evaluation result for Lot 2 will be excluded from the final outcome for Lot 2.
