Description
The BBC has an on-going requirement for a Framework of lighting equipment and crew for BBC Productions across Public Service, Studios and Studioworks. The Framework needs to capture suppliers across the UK to support productions on various locations whether it is a short, medium or long term basis.
This Framework is not divided into lots.

The BBC shall pay to the bank account specified by the Supplier in writing such sums as are due within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid and undisputed invoice, in accordance with the terms of the Framework

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice
The market is well known with many businesses operating in the Production Lighting space. The BBC considered that publishing a PME notice in this instance would not deliver a benefit.
