The requires a single supplier following Management Committee meeting regarding 4X4 Water/Animal Rescue vehicle Replacement. The requirements of the vehicle meant that this is a special build and very hard to come by with a long lead time. The fleet team searched out a preferred vehicle then got to work sourcing quotations.
