The Authority invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of the appointment of a technical marine supplier to consider options for a new ferry project (currently known as Floating Bridge - East Cowes to Cowes, River Medina, Isle of Wight).
