Staffordshire County Council (The Authority) would like Service Providers to engage in pre-market engagement, before 5pm on 01/12/2025 by responding to a questionnaire.

Engagement process description
Communicator Guides (Sensory Provision) for Deaf, Visual Impaired and Deafblind people.
The Council are seeking engagement from the market prior to making decisions on whether to re-commission the communicator guide framework that is currently in place. The council would like your feedback on the following questions in accordance with the six permitted purposes for PME of the Procurement Act 2023.
