Description
The City of Doncaster Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a Children's Independent Mediation Service. Families can access the mediation service if they disagree with the local authority's decisions related to child's their EHC needs assessment or plan. This includes decisions about whether to carry out an assessment, draw up a plan, or amend a plan. The SEND mediation service in Doncaster is free and impartial for parents, with the local authority covering the cost. The mediator is independent and impartial, meaning they don't take sides and help both parties reach an agreement.
