Scope
Description
This procurement is for the supply of Ballast Cleaning System's 4/5 (BCS) conveyor chain, shaft and support kits, Conveyor belts with the services of Conveyor shaft overhauls and repair and maintenance of the BCS Conveyors.
Goods and Services will be commissioned via Purchase Orders under the NR13(D) Framework Agreement. Works to plant will be governed by NR18(S) PO Conditions and Supply of Goods will be governed by NR1(S) PO Conditions. The Commission Procedure (Schedule 1) outlines how POs are issued, accepted, and managed including escalations. Each PO forms a Commission Contract upon acceptance and includes scope, pricing and delivery terms.

Both Lots require a submission to PSQ Applicable to All Lots as well as the Lot Specific PSQ.
For clarity:
Scenario 1: Should a Supplier wish to bid for Lot 1 only, then both PSQ Applicable to all Lots and PSQ Lot 1 are to be completed.
Scenario 2: Should a Supplier wish to bid for Lot 1 & Lot 2, then PSQ Applicable to all Lots, PSQ Lot 1 and PSW Lot 2 are all to be completed.
