Description
Hull City Council (The Authority) has awarded a tender from three suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver Musical Instrument and Singing Tuition for School Delivery Framework. The Authority proposes to enter into Contracts for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderers (Service Providers), with an option to extend for a period of up to 1 x 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Council and subject to satisfactory performance. The services are to commence 1st April 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services at £120,000 including the extension period.

Framework operation description
The framework shall allow for direct award based on highest ranked provider and capacity to deliver at the time of the call off procedure. Appointments to the suppliers shall be made on the basis that the 1st placed supplier shall be required to provide all necessary services. Should a time arise, the requirements cannot be met by the 1st placed supplier, the 2nd placed supplier will be contacted to provide the services and so on. The Council received 5 bids, 3 of
those bids shall be awarded a place on the framework, 1 bid was non-compliant and 1 bid was deemed unsuccessful due to price/ quality.
