Scope

Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited, together with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is establishing a multi-lot framework for the provision of Passenger Lift Services (Lot 1) and Mobility Lift Services (Lot 2).

The framework will cover passenger lifts, specialist lifting equipment, and assisted bathing systems, including Arjo baths, hoists, and associated mobility lifting solutions.

The framework will support planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, installations, modernisation, and statutory compliance across residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. It is designed to ensure safe, reliable, and fully compliant lifting equipment for building users.

The agreement will be made available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities.

Description

The scope under Lot 1 includes, but is not limited to:

Maintenance, servicing and repairs of passenger lifts (traction, hydraulic, MRL)

Installations, replacements and full modernisation programmes

Controller and drive upgrades

Door gear and safety system improvements

24/7 reactive call-outs and breakdown attendance

Lift pit, shaft, motor room and associated M&E works

Condition surveys and lifecycle assessments

Platform lifts, step lifts, through-floor lifts

Mobility lifts for domestic and public sector environments

Hoists and ceiling-track systems

Arjo baths and assisted bathing equipment

Servicing, installations, replacements and repairs

LOLER, safety inspections and compliance testing

Responsive repairs and emergency attendance

Condition surveys and upgrade recommendations

Both Lots Include:

Statutory inspections and LOLER examinations

Asset assessment, lifecycle planning and condition reporting

Obsolescence reviews and upgrade proposals

Integration with building alarms and communication systems

Remote monitoring options

Associated mechanical and electrical works
