BlueLight Commercial (BLC) have published this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice working in collaboration with UK Police Forces and other agencies to gather information in relation to the upcoming Framework for the provision of Softshell Jackets and Microfleeces.
BLC are exploring a national approach to the supply of these garments which meet the evolving needs of police forces and other agencies.
