Description
Whilst some areas such as the West Midlands and Nottingham are fully Broker-ready, others face barriers ranging from hardware limitations to the absence of multi-operator schemes. To ensure the Midlands does not fall behind, the purpose of this work is to update the readiness assessment/gap analysis and develop an outline business case/s and investment roadmap to support LTAs in achieving readiness for a region-wide rollout of Broker.
