Description
Delivery of high quality accommodation and/or support for 16-25-year olds, with a specific focus on looked after children and care leavers. Services will work towards developing or sustaining a young person's capacity to live independently within the community and avoid unnecessary use of more intensive forms of support. Supported accommodation plays a valuable contribution towards enabling young people to prepare for independence and to develop practical living skills. 3 year contract with 2 x 12 month extension period.
