Scope
Description
The Council has 8 tennis court sites located within parks and open spaces throughout the borough and is seeking individuals, partnerships or organisations to provide a comprehensive, community-focused tennis coaching and development service, as well as helping with general upkeep and regular reporting of court issues to the Council.
The Contract will be a Concession Contract for a period of three (3) years from the Commencement Date, from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with an option, at the discretion of the Council, of an extension for a further period of one year 31st March 2030.
The Tender is a below-threshold procurement process. The tender will be offered in Lots, with each Lot being a different cluster of parks. A provider can apply for and be awarded multiple Lots. The Lots are shown below.
