This notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process; and the approximate lifetime value of the contract total £35,280.
The contract term is 16 months starting 1st December 2025 ending 31st March 2027. This is an existing Service and the contract is being awarded to an existing Provider.

The relevant authority gave due consideration of the provider(s) identified and assessed the potential provider(s), considering the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria, then were able to choose the most suitable provider to whom to make an award.
Equal weighting for key criteria was used. Basic selection criteria assessed in line with guidance. Provider able to demonstrate able to provide service in line with requirements, scoring a 'pass' for each key criteria.
NPC CIC demonstrated relevant experience and provides resilience and resource in their offer to appropriately dovetail with clinical need in the Secure Service.
NPC CIC are the current Provider for this Service via a previous urgent award and have a proven ability to provide Primary Care Services to the Northside House Secure population. NPC CIC demonstrated an ability to deliver face to face sessions with a GP, and provide advice and management of long term conditions, referrals to secondary care via the same pathways as the general public and support with health promotion.
