The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) has established a multi-lot, multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of lifts, escalators and related equipment across a variety of public-sector settings.
Duration of the Framework Agreement is 48 months commencing 31st August 2021 with an option to extend for a further 24 month period.
seven.2) Other additional information
Effective 31st August 2025, the Framework Agreement terms have been varied to extend the duration, from its initial period of; 48 months commencing 31st August 2021, to include an additional 24 months extension. The expiry date of this Framework Agreement shall now reflect 30th August 2027.
