Description
The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to secure the services with the overall purpose to support Wirral residents struggling with fuel poverty by improving home energy efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing overall wellbeing. The service will address the immediate challenges of fuel poverty as well as build lasting resilience within Wirral's communities.
