The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
The College may at its sole discretion and subject to funding availability, require additional services beyond the initial scope of this project. These additional services must be "intrinsically linked" to the initial project and may involve the same expertise/resources as the original work. The timeframe within which we reserve this right shall be limited to 3 months. The College reserves the right to conduct a competitive tender process for any additional works, even if offered to the initial contractor.
