Scope

Description

This direct award is by Transport for London (TfL) to Network Rail (NR) to provide access for TfL contractors to carry out principal inspections of TfL bridges located on or near the NR infrastructure. The works will be delivered under NR's asset protection framework for low-risk, customer led projects.

As the infrastructure owner, only Network Rail is authorised to deliver the services outlined in the BAPA. This agreement qualifies for the Direct Award exemption under Schedule 5.
