Scope

Description

Post Office will procure a Supply Chain Consultancy Framework to support strategic transformation.

Suppliers must demonstrate deep expertise in UK Wholesale Cash, secure logistics, and market innovation.

The framework will enable flexible call-offs for consultancy across governance, commercial modelling, partnership structuring, and operational optimisation within the cash processing and distribution ecosystem.

All dates provided are estimates - subject to further development of the requirements and governance.

Post Office shall invite suppliers to respond to an invitation to Tender which it shall use to appoint upto 3 suppliers to form a Framework.

All dates provided within this notice are estimates - subject to further development of the requirements and governance.

The purpose of this Planned Procurement Notice is intended to inform the market of the intention to issue a UK4 Tender Notice.
