The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £4.8 million per annum (£14,400,000) for 3 years.

The decision was made by the Strategic Planning and Integration Committee in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals to manage.
