Track (build only), drainage (design and build) and associated level boarding (build only) enhancements at a number of CVL (Core Valley Lines) and Network Rail stations in the Cardiff and South East Wales Valleys area, as part of the CVL (Core Valley Lines) Transformation Programme.

Engagement process description

TfW wish to engage with suppliers interested in CVL Track Drainage and Level Boarding (TDLB). We plan to hold an online session to appraise interested bidders of the likely scope of work, and our timescales and route to market. The event is taking place on Wednesday 10th December 2025.
