The Contract is for the Coroner's Removal Contract - Lot A: covering the administrative areas of the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark for the Inner South London Coroner's Court Consortium (ISLCCC), comprising the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with the London Borough of Southwark acting as the lead authority for the administrative areas of the ISLCC.
The Supplier is to provide a coroner removals service for the transportation of bodies from the place of death to a nominated public mortuary as instructed by the Coroner.
The Supplier is to provide backup services for the Coroner's Removal Contract - Lot B: covering the administrative areas of the London Borough of Lewisham and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, which is already in place.
