Value: The provider is delivering the contract from the start of contract delivery in 2019. No issues with current supply, supplier meeting expectations on requirements. Integrated within the wider BLMK system. Integration and Collaboration: Engaged and embedded within social care teams with the LA. Service is stable and current caseload progressing well. Quality service being delivered - regularly meeting and exceeding KPI's.
