Title: Podiatry: Addressing Critical Workforce Challenges to Safeguard Patient Care
Following the issue of the award letters and further fine tuning that has taken place since the award, the Authority has taken a decision not to enter into a contract for the service at this time. The decision to cancel this procurement exercise has been taken due to a current internal strategic financial review.
This decision is in line with the Invitation to Tender document:
3.1.11 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the procurement process at any time without explanation. As stated in paragraph 3.5.2 of this Document 1 of the ITT Pack, the Contracting Authority is not responsible for any costs incurred by Tenderers.
