D60 Crane - Electrical Upgrade -
The contractor shall undertake the following:
• Complete Rewiring of the crane, including power and control circuits.
• Modernisation of Electrical Systems, including:
- Replacement of obsolete power distribution components.
- Installation of modern control systems (e.g., PLC-based or equivalent).
- Integration of future-proofing features such as diagnostics for example
• Testing and Commissioning of all upgraded systems to ensure full operational functionality and compliance.

Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (NRS) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the electrical upgrade of a critical crane asset located within the SGHWR (D60) facility at NRS Winfrith in Dorset to register their interest in this opportunity. This Market Engagement is issued to identify potential suppliers capable of delivering the scope of work in compliance with nuclear safety standards, applicable UK regulations and with a view to inviting these organisations to tender for the business requirements / scope of works.
