Procurement for a Community Mental Health and Enablement Service that provides inward and outward facing community rehabilitation and recovery skill building opportunities.
Specialist mental health provision for adults who are in receipt of Secondary Mental Health Services or have previously required this.
Providing innovative therapeutic and education programme to support empowerment and management of Mental Health and Serious Mental Illness symptoms.
Creating bespoke pathways that connect individuals to activity that strengthens their connection to local community that provides structure and purpose.
