Description
This project is for a programme of work to replace mechanical maintenance equipment at the MHRA Laboratories at South Mimms, EN6 3QG.
MHRA have identified a list of equipment and ancillaries that are to be replaced in the short term (next 4 months), with further replacements over the next 1 - 4 years. The scope of this project is for the short term replacements. The project will be extended on an annual basis for up to 4 years, dependent on budget allocations.
The suppliers is expected to give full tender submission for the 25/26 financial year only (short term replacements) but may be called upon to extend the contract, if funding becomes available for subsequent years.
MHRA are looking for competent contractors with the capacity to replace a variety of plant equipment. Full details are given in the tender documents.

Description of possible extension:
The contract is planned to run for up to 4 years with approx £2m annual spend.
This is subject to budgetary approvals. The supplier is expected to give full tender submission for the 25/26 financial year only but may be called upon if funding is available for the next financial year.
