Northumbria Fleet Solutions Car Insurance Broker Services and Claims Management - Car Insurance Brokerage Services and Claims Management for the purposes of Pre Market Engagement to develop our requirements and approach to the procurement and identifying capable suppliers and understanding the market capacity.

Engagement process description

Northumbria Fleet Solutions Car Insurance Broker Services & Claims Management. A market Engagement event will be held via MS Teams on the 20th November 2025 at 2:30pm. The Preliminary Market engagement (PME) is being undertaken in accordance with section 16 of the Procurement Act 2023 for the following purposes; developing our requirements and approach to the procurement and identifying capable suppliers and understanding the market capacity. This engagement is not a call for competition. No procurement decision or invitation to tender is implied or guaranteed. Information gathered may be used to inform the future procurement documentation. No supplier will be given competitive advantage as a result of participating. Summaries of feedback (non-confidential) may be shared publicly to ensure transparency. If the Authority concludes that a suppliers participation has created an unavoidable advantage, the supplier may be excluded from the subsequent procurement under section 16(5) of the Act.
