Scope
Description
The council seeks to procure a mechanism for the disposal of highways operational waste
that is necessary for the highways delivery team to carry out essential maintenance
works. The mechanism proposed is compliant with regulations and Council rules and will
provide an efficient and best value procurement approach.
The contract is for a period of 4 years unless terminated in accordance with the
Conditions of Contract.
