Description

Bangor University recognises the imperative to strengthen its international partnerships and transnational education portfolio to build greater resilience against sector-wide pressures. The aim of this contract is to exploit opportunities to optimise existing partnership frameworks and accelerate pipeline development to maximise strategic value. Bangor University wishes to appoint a suitable consultancy to conduct a comprehensive review of international operations and implement best-practice approaches to partnership management.

The supplier has extensive experience in the field of developing strategic international partnerships between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and HEI adjacent organisations. This includes all phases and aspects of transnational education, from strategic development to partnership development and quality assurance implementation, as well as student mobility programme development and Turing Scheme and Taith funding applications support. It is considered that there is no other supplier in the market who has the specialist knowledge and expertise to provide these services.
