Upon review it was revealed that the wrong scoring methodology was used for the quality component of the evaluation. This may have effected the overall result, as such RBC is withdrawing its original contract award notice. We will then re-evaluate the suppliers original submissions (no additional information will be requested or accepted) using the correct methodology.
