This is a direct award against CCS framework RM6237and has been done in line with the specified criteria. The Trust did receive two other quotes above the funding budget. The reason for direct award to this provider is that this is a very time sensitive project that is being funded by NHS England - DHSC - Greener NHS. The provider has done the Trusts contractor on-boarding process for works and has previously completed work at the Lancaster site.
