Description
Bradford Children & Families Trust (BCFT) intends to procure a new open framework agreement for the provision of Supported Accommodation and Support Services for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25, including looked-after children, care leavers, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). The proposed contract will support the delivery of a wide range of accommodation models and associated support designed to promote independence, improve outcomes, and reduce off-framework placements. The BCFT is seeking to work with providers who can demonstrate continual improvements in value for money achieved by deploying efficient and innovative ways to meet the needs of the children and young people. Providers must be able to deliver services in accordance with the Children Act 1989, the Care Leavers (England) Regulations 2010, and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, among other statutory requirements. Providers are invited to a bidder's information event, ahead of the issue of the Invitation To Tender (ITT). The event will highlight the procurement processes, submission requirements, as well as Trust expectations and key information on the Framework Lots. The event will be via Microsoft Teams- Wednesday, 12th November at 10:00 am - 11:00 am. To register for this event, please email ChildrensCommissioning@bradford.gov.uk using the title Bidders Information Event - Provision of Post 16 Supported Accommodation and Support Services.
