Explanation:
PSR Urgent Award to safeguard patient health. Due to unforeseen significant increase in demand the Trust has experience severe capacity issues to provide services for suspected cancer pathway patients. Without this urgent award there is a risk of patients' diagnosis and treatment being delayed. The additional capacity has to be located close to patients/existing care location due to the nature of the patients to be seen and required services.
