The provision of consultancy services to support North Somerset Council's (NSC's) engagement with the West of England Combined Authority (WECA).

The consultants will work across officers and elected members to:

- Help us understand and navigate WECA workstreams, priorities, structures, finances and operating models and how these map against the equivalent in NSC.

- Lead and facilitate a process to create a compelling narrative for investment in North Somerset, supported by a prioritised set of investable propositions and associated delivery programme.

- Advise on negotiating positions, actions, timeline and operating models for engagement with WECA and government on this agenda.
